Alexander Vohs has been passionate about baking and pastry arts for several years now, with macarons being his current specialty.
Macarons are a meringue-based almond cookie that is sandwiched usually with a buttercream, ganache or jam filling. All of his macarons contain almond flour, but not all are gluten-free.
The menu changes every couple weeks to include new flavors, some of which are requested by market customers. Upcoming menus can be found on Pastries by Alexander’s Facebook page.
